      Flexible Schedule Opportunities for growth (eventually)

      Communication nearly nonexistent Not a cohesive expectation across even people of the same position Pay range is all over the place. You have analysts making more than scientists, analyst I's made more than Analyst II-III and HR is completely unwilling to discuss salaries. CEO Cutting basically everything that made the company worth working for Culture has steeply deteriorated since CEO replaced in June of 2022

      Everyone helps each other and when I have questions, I get answers. The company culture is positive, productive and hopeful.

      Cons

      Compensation is on the low side.

      Pros

      BioAgilytix offers an excellent work-life balance and a supportive, collaborative culture. Management is approachable, genuinely cares about employees, and creates a positive work environment. The Boston leadership team is exceptional—they are supportive, communicative, and foster teamwork across departments. Everyone is willing to help one another, making it a great place to work and grow professionally.

      The Boston site would benefit from having more on-site HR support to better address employee needs.
