Pros
There are some good people who work at the company and decent benefits.
Cons
Some of upper management comes from small/unprofitable satellite sites who are insistent that the entire company follow their example. Constructive conversations are difficult to have when blame is constantly placed on certain groups without taking the time to see where actual hang ups, setbacks or delays occur. There is a company culture of CYA to ensure you can defend yourself/team when someone tries to throw you under the bus.
