Pros

Every other Friday off and breakfast every other Friday.

Cons

I have never worked for a more terrible company. Reading through the rest of the reviews on here, I noticed that they highlight the same issues I had at this company. There is so much nepotism and favoritism running rampant throughout the company. I also have never seen a company so used to pointing fingers that no one can accept when they've made a mistake. The thing is everyone makes mistakes-- no one should feel ashamed when they do so. What you need to do when you make a mistake is admit it and figure out how not to do it again. While working there I also noticed that usually there was at least one person let go every week... I felt like that was fishy, and I also never felt like my job was safe at any time. My advice to prospective employees: run the other direction as fast as possible. If you enjoy working for unprofessional management and being worried that you're going to lose your job any second, then this is the perfect place for you.

Pros

It’s a smaller company, so there’s plenty of room to expand your knowledge and expertise of the various processes throughout the company. Has a smaller, family feel. Great benefits as well.

Cons

There are a lot of very knowledgeable and capable team members, but not without tension. There is constant conflict in all areas and departments of the company. Insecure leadership and constant fighting across departments really sets the company back and dampens the company’s true potential. Professionalism is also scarce with the constant excuse that “small companies are just this way”.
