      Pros

      BioGX has some of the best employees. The people here are great! There is a lot of flexibility and the benefits are pretty good.

      The company has gone through a lot of changes so there are some growing pains.

      Pros

      Almost none, but I guess the benefits (particularly subsidized insurance) are okay.

      Cons

      Too many to list, but my major complaints are incompetent management, micromanagement, lack of communication, favoritism, inconsistent standards for employees, and very little potential of promotion.
