Nightmare - Lab Manager BioLabs (MA) Employee Review

Very straight forward company with management having flexibility to make decision to do the right thing. Management leads by example.

Parking is expensive and limited.

BioLabs has beautiful state-of-the-art facilities. Generally pleasant coworkers. Business seems to be good, so that is promising.

Management seems disconnected from the individuals running the sites. BioLabs did not have a formal HR department when I worked there and I wish they had. Not a lot of opportunities for upward organizational movement.
