Great recruitment and HR team! They are fully engaged from beginning to the end of my contract. They always reply when you need help and really do treat you as their valued employee. My recruiter Shaun in particular has kept in touch with me and made himself available over the course of a few years. He quickly placed me into a company that I was aiming to land a position at. He really advocates for his candidates. Biophase on top of all the paperwork and proceeded to make sure your transition into your position is smooth and treat you as a valued asset and not just as a means to achieve their placement goals. All of my peers who have worked and currently work for Biophase agree that they are the best! Would contract with them again in a heartbeat.
