Agency Regulated facility allows employees a look into what goes into manufacturing of certain products. Laboratory work is an excellent way for those going into healthcare and other laboratory work to get beginning experience
Cons
Socially and mentally toxic environment Employers care only for bodies in orde to get work done The emotional and mental wellness of employees is not as important as making a profit and making clients happy. Would rather have "Yes" employees Employees' families are not important Schedule is sporadic, dependent on studies No real work-life balance opportunities
