Toxic environment with unprofessional management - Territory Manager BioTE Medical Employee Review

The CEO is a wonderful leader - Biote works to create a family environment that is employee focused. I truly miss working for this company.

No cons - Personally, I was just looking for a career change.

Biote offers a great education platform and formularies to support positive patient outcomes.

Negative rating for CEO is not for Terry Weber, who is gone. The culture is so toxic that they have overturned a majority of their OG field team since January 2025. The leadership team has tolerated and promoted those in several departments who have bullied and defamed others while they continue to receive complaints. They have allowed marketing to dictate sales direction and strategy because the sales leadership team has none other than acquire new business. Marketing materials are constantly out of date or lacking and transparent communication was a challenge. Reporting has been inaccurate and the metrics to rank team members was not consistent. There was regular re-alignment of territories that caused disruption and discontent in the field.
