Pros

- Some of the brightest and nicest people I've ever worked with. - Solid benefits (401k match) - Top of the line products - Donates a portion of profits to charity

Cons

- Vastly underpaid in many positions - No profit-sharing - Unstable, anti-social leaders in many areas of the company, especially Customer Service. - Cheesy Marketing which can make you feel ashamed to work here - They don't try very hard to keep top talent. Giving someone a $1000-$2000 raise won't do it and it sends the message that you aren't trying very hard. -Turnover at the executive level and entry level of the company - Cowardly ways of announcing layoffs e,g, saying a door is being repaired in the building so everyone has to work from home so you don't have to do it face to face. And the door was repaired but I've never had leaders ask me so many times "can you work from home that day?" "Do know anyone else that can't work from home that day?" - Opening a Customer Service center in India, even though numerous companies in the UK have done this and studied the results, only to find it's better not to outsource your call-center to other countries. - Soulless culture - meaning there's no team-building or rarely gatherings that bring all departments together. The office is just cubicles, offices, computers, phones, people, and white walls. Pretty blah

Along those lines, the specific criticism that you have provided, while concerning, is insightful. To one of your main points, we are working diligently on our marketing, accessibility, transparency, engagement, and more, all in an effort to restore the customer-centric nature of BioTrust. In addition to delivering an exceptional customer experience, since BioTrust was founded, it has always been our goal to take care of our own, providing opportunities for growth, generous bonuses, and a variety of perks. To read your feedback to the contrary, however, is very concerning to me, and this is something that we obviously need to re-evaluate.
