Medium company - Account Manager BioVest International Employee Review

Team approach, supportive management, good family balance and great location.

Small company, can be somewhat limiting.

Company is broke, literally. Owners suck $ out of the company and line their own pockets. Poor raises, if at all. Low morale. Nobody sticks around there very long. They have declared bankruptcy a few times, promise that they are about to turn the corner... Never have. Twice my paycheck was not direct deposited on pay day. I did get the $, the next week. Not cool when you are scraping by right after college.
