The company is very open to hiring new graduates and people without extensive experience, which gives many young professionals a real chance to start and develop their careers. Leadership is supportive and approachable, and managers genuinely invest time in mentoring and helping employees improve. The company is growing rapidly, which means there are many opportunities to take on responsibility and develop new skills. High performers are recognized and promoted quickly—I have personally seen colleagues get promoted in less than a year because of their performance. Compensation is fair and transparent, and employees who work hard are rewarded accordingly. Overall it’s an environment where motivated people can learn a lot and build strong career momentum.

The pace can be fast and expectations are high, so it may not be the best fit for someone looking for a very relaxed environment.

One of the key advantages is that the company supports employees on OPT and is willing to sponsor employment-based permanent residency (green card) applications.

On the downside, the role comes with aggressive KPIs that can be difficult to meet.
