Politics and biased nature. They will make you work and once that's done they kick the best ones and keep their "pets". 4. The HR team is good at kicking out people. very professional that way 5. Upraisals will be based on how well you are with the management. 6. You need to scream aloud and show your work done else the credits go elsewhere.
