Awful communication, no consistency in direction from management, no trust either direction, poor pay, poor regard for staff satisfaction, expectation of staff to completely change schedules at a one day notice, expectation of staff to give up their lives for a company that doesn't give an ounce of respect, unprofessional behaviour from management to both benefit and sabotage more junior staff members, company culture no longer exists, hiring and firing is done constantly the turnover of staff makes it difficult to keep a level of training and yet still you will be blamed for any mistake you make
