Very Disorganized - Anonymous employee Biomeme Employee Review

The general lack of structure, defined processes , and defined responsibilities have caused this company to become chaotic. There are people in leadership positions who have never worked in the industry prior and some of those leaders will undermine others to save face. The politics are high; decisions are made based off of feelings rather than facts and objective evidence. Employee turnover has been high the last 12 months. Trying to collaborate with the co-founders is a headache because they're all on different pages, and lack basic knowledge and professionalism to effectively run and grow a company. They also lie heavily during the interview process to attract top talent but then don't utilize those talents, making employees feel useless when they arrive to work.
