Pros

If you are looking to aim for a higher position, this is a great place to be as long as you show you are a leader and have great work ethics. When I applied I made it clear to the managers and staff that I will be working for a part-time position as I needed some income until I pass my NCLEX. They were very accommodating for a schedule I needed to use as study time and were even encouraging and supporting me knowing that I would be leaving the company at some point in the near future. If not for my license I wouldn't have minded staying to learn the instruments and more in depth with the research process. Overall I had a very positive experience here at Biometrix and even miss the staff!

Cons

It gets hectic at the workplace which may not be for everyone. I feel that it depends on your work ethics and attitude towards the work that you need to get done. It is a small team with a big workload, however if you enjoy fast pace work and ongoing multiple projects then this is the place for you!

Pros

No where in life does it guarantee you a pass to be successful, that comes form a little intelligence and a lot of hard work. Opportunities are always looking for the right person to take on the challenge. I have work for small and the Goliath's of companies and I have never really felt the impact of my contributions, to the lives of my colleagues and especially to our clients.

Cons

It wish there were more hours in the day to face all the exciting challenges for success.

Pros

Coworkers are friendly. If you have a well-defined role, the job could be manageable.

Cons

Very very very poor communication, borderline chaos. There are a few good people there who do their best to bring the semblance of order. The CEO comes up with an idea about every four hours for something completely new. In the same conversation where you are being told about this new idea that you've never heard of, he is getting frustrated and even upset that you haven't done anything about it. Ten days before I even began the role, I was asked in a phone call without any prior notification what I had been working on in the way of a administrative development plan for the new business location. I was told there would be some late hours, and even some weekend hours. This means being able to drop your weekend plans 24 hours beforehand for conference calls on a Sunday. It also means being able to stay late on any given night for international conference calls on your own cell phone because the office doesn't move a company phone into the room. Chaos and clinical trials do not go well together.
