      Pros

      I get to work a lot of hours that works around my availability. The people I work with are amazing. I have great co-workers and the owners of the company are amazing people also. I would recommend anyone to work here!

      Cons

      I do wish I could get more than 40hrs of vacation every year : )

      Pros

      Assisting People supported and being able to assist some to have a perfect life with any disability. This job can be very rewarding as long as your vision for employment is not focused solely on money. The management is focused on making sure BIOS is person centered and that includes being person centered with staff. The CEO is focused and a part of the company, The COO is beyond supportive and interactive with making sure staff feel welcome and appreciated.

      no cons, as long as you present yourself well and actually care about taking care of people.
