Pros

Company looks to engage with Jr millennials, provides fun outings. Graduate Trainees are well integrated into the teams and often hired.

Cons

Mean girl sorority culture; lack of Mid-level mentoring; Management running B2 promoted internally- lacks business experience to drive company.

I am sorry that this is your experience and perception of B2. Myself and the rest of the senior leadership work so hard to foster an engaged culture focused on building trust through collaboration and professional development, so I feel badly that you don't feel this. I welcome any feedback that you may have around mid-level staff. Currently, we have trainings dedicated to enhancing skill sets, lunch and learns on new trends, an informal mentor program and a robust formal review process. Importantly, there are mandatory trainings for our account leads and senior leads to ensure that we are creating and fostering healthy, positive management styles. I agree that we have a strong Graduate Trainee (GT) program and some pretty amazing GTs. Wanted to clarify one small point – all of our GTs are hired as full-time employees from day one because we want them to feel our commitment to their career from the get go. At the end of the day - If possible, I would like to find a way to enhance your experience at B2 - please swing by to chat. Shauna

Pros

I've been blown away since Day 1. In my experience, the work life balance has been unmatched. SO mom friendly - other agencies should take notes. You receive OT for anything over 40 hours, as we should. Beyond that, the teams and the work is so collaborative. I feel valued, I have autonomy to lead my teams. In some ways I've never worked harder but I'm not working crazy hours. I now have the opportunity to drive accounts forward and the clients and the teams are eager to join as we accomplish real goals. 10/10, 5 stars all around.

Cons

The connection to Syneos makes some of the internal processes a bit complicated, but someone is always willing to help or guide you through it.

Pros

- Culture: amazing culture with fun/team-building events regularly planned; for an agency, has great work/life balance and understanding that employees have lives outside of the office - managers try to minimize late hours when possible - People: smart, innovative, talented people who get along and like to have fun - No walls/no titles: promotes collaboration across the agency and removes silos - junior staff also don't feel tied to a certain job description so can really excel and take advantage of opportunities

Cons

- No walls/no titles: while also a pro, this aspect of B2's cultures isn't for everyone - managers who prefer a more hierarchical environment do not always do well with B2's collaborative team structure; junior employees who are not proactive or more outspoken may get lost in the shuffle - Salary: can be lower for employees who started at the company vs. being recruited

Thanks for taking the time to review us! I’m glad you love the people as much as I do and our fantastic culture. Your feedback is appreciated as we are always trying to improve and show our tenured employees they are extremely valued. We hope we have shown our appreciation in our programs such as our sabbatical leave and our office exchange program, but we are always open to suggestions. - Shauna
