Pros

I've been blown away since Day 1. In my experience, the work life balance has been unmatched. SO mom friendly - other agencies should take notes. You receive OT for anything over 40 hours, as we should. Beyond that, the teams and the work is so collaborative. I feel valued, I have autonomy to lead my teams. In some ways I've never worked harder but I'm not working crazy hours. I now have the opportunity to drive accounts forward and the clients and the teams are eager to join as we accomplish real goals. 10/10, 5 stars all around.

Cons

The connection to Syneos makes some of the internal processes a bit complicated, but someone is always willing to help or guide you through it.

Pros

Truly collaborative, supportive environment. I feel empowered to speak up when I want to join an account. The work is always changing, the compensation is above-average, and senior leadership actually listens to what you have to say. After being at a handful of different companies, I can confidently say that the culture, opportunities, and sense of fulfillment are unmatched! I don’t see myself looking elsewhere for quite some time.

Cons

Sometimes it can be tricky to figure out who to talk to about career development opportunities. However, once I speak up, I’m often pointed in the right direction. There’s just not really a cut-and-dry way (to my knowledge) to take on the next step.

Pros

- Culture: amazing culture with fun/team-building events regularly planned; for an agency, has great work/life balance and understanding that employees have lives outside of the office - managers try to minimize late hours when possible - People: smart, innovative, talented people who get along and like to have fun - No walls/no titles: promotes collaboration across the agency and removes silos - junior staff also don't feel tied to a certain job description so can really excel and take advantage of opportunities

Cons

- No walls/no titles: while also a pro, this aspect of B2's cultures isn't for everyone - managers who prefer a more hierarchical environment do not always do well with B2's collaborative team structure; junior employees who are not proactive or more outspoken may get lost in the shuffle - Salary: can be lower for employees who started at the company vs. being recruited

Thanks for taking the time to review us! I’m glad you love the people as much as I do and our fantastic culture. Your feedback is appreciated as we are always trying to improve and show our tenured employees they are extremely valued. We hope we have shown our appreciation in our programs such as our sabbatical leave and our office exchange program, but we are always open to suggestions. - Shauna
