Great (perm) job until it wasn’t. Once objectives were met, they let me go with not as much as a thank you. Lots of politics for such a small little place. If your junior in your experience, don’t bother.

Does not have key department, HR for example. Very junior staff climbing the ladders quick! If you don’t bring your A game every minute of the day, it will be noted. Clickish culture.
