Biotix is a small and disorganized company. Zero product training, messy onboarding process, incestuous and toxic work culture, no pay increases, weak and poor communication from upper management/between company subdivisions, favoritism and limited opportunities for career advancement, dishonest feedback from managers, peer pressure and other unprofessional misconduct occurred at obligatory company social “outings” on multiple occasions, etc. Biotix promotes the idea that it’s a leading manufacturer of cutting edge technology in the biotech industry when in fact, many of its products are unoriginal and late to the game.
