*** Don't let any of the good reviews fool you, it's pretty clear this company is creating fake reviews to help boost their image. From everyone I've spoken with, the pay is low and on top of that the yearly increase is almost literally nothing.
This place is controlled by malicious people. The marketing department in particular is THE WORST, consisting entirely of malicious people. The rest of management doesn't care about competence, if you excel at your job, but instead only if you brown nose, are obedient, and practically operate as a slave to the boss's favorite. The boss completely protects his favorite and VERY obviously favors her in every way. It's so ridiculous being the most open scandal to the whole company.
Favoritism spreads throughout the entire company, within the marketing department you have to brown nose and again be a slave to the malicious ones to survive. They will fire you with an explanation that "the position has now been eliminated", and then you'll see a job posting on indeed right away, for the same position you were just 'let go' from! I think this might not even be legal?
This is not a normal company. It doesn't matter if you're great at your job, you will never get recognized or appreciated, unless you join the boot lickers club and be a slave to the malicious people in power. This place is a toxic environment, with absolutely no fairness nor justice. The owners are either being manipulated by the boss or support and are behind all of this, since they let all of this happen anyway. If you try to go to them they will just tell the boss and you will be retaliated against and then eventually fired. The few decent employees all have plans to leave the company or have already left. Good luck if you still want to join this company. ***
