Pros

Good swanky new office location Tech is okay but vastly over marketed

Cons

Middle management micro managing High turnover rate No actual company culture US company trying to sell useless rep management software to UK market is just a waste of time. SDRs just booking meetings for the sake of it. The “top” SDR got his numbers up by booking waste of time meetings with junior marketing executives or interns who had no decision making power. Just wasting the AEs time on these pointless meetings, yet he was praised for his ingenuity even though he couldn’t sell his way out of a paper bag.
