      Pros

      Permanent WFH but now they are asking employees to come to office, Decent salary, Startup like pace

      Cons

      High workload, they even asked to work overnight to meet deadlines. Unrealistic deadlines from new joinees as well No KT given to new joinees and expect them to work like existing employees with same work and time to complete. Bad management. Less holidays
