The team is good, co-operative and helpful. Provide good training, which includes communication and technical training. That being said, technical knowledge is helpful only within the organisation. Salary is good enough.
Cons
No Productivity, No work-life-balance, life only revolves around work. No space for personal gains, work like a machine, keep hustling, keep struggling. But your lifestyle becomes unhealthy. No pay for OT.
