8yThank you for providing feedback. We are going through growing pains, which sometimes happens when you are growing at 100%+ per year.
The executive team has taken a lot of great feedback from the employees through our employee happiness initiatives and have improved the benefits, the process, the communication in the last several months. We'll continue to apply the learnings to build a better BirdEye.
