Pros
Strong team. Everyone wants everyone to succeed. The SDR Manager actually wants what s best for you. Not a common trait, but if you had an issue he would go to battle for you. Makes you want to work harder. Also the tech/product is top notch. I still believe it is the best ORM software out there and it is getting better.
Cons
The excuse "growing pains" are thrown around too much. It covers for lack of transparency on issues, and poor management. Things are turning around, but more focused could be had on alleviating some communication and training issues
