      Pros

      There is a lot of freedom to do your best work. Decisions are made based on data and you can always try something provided you can drive it to the finish line. Everyone in the company (including founders) is pretty accessible due to the flat structure.

      Cons

      Travel opportunities are low which could be good for some but not so good for others.
