Pros
I worked as an HR Manager at Biri Group for a few years, and it was a great experience. As the company grew from a small, family-owned business to a medium-sized one, I helped create policies and hiring processes. This was important to make sure everyone understood the company’s goals and to avoid confusion as they expanded. Management used to pay salaries, benefits, and bonuses on time, which gave employees a lot of stability, and we never had to worry about that. One thing that really stood out to me was the special care shown to women in the company. One female manager was always mindful of making us feel valued, especially on occasions like Women’s Day, where we’d receive thoughtful gifts like roses or skincare products. Being part of planning these surprises made my experience even more meaningful. 😊
Cons
They were strict with employees who didn’t show up as agreed, sometimes deducting pay according to the contract. While it was fair and within the rules, I didn’t prefer that approach.
