Pros

I worked as an HR Manager at Biri Group for a few years, and it was a great experience. As the company grew from a small, family-owned business to a medium-sized one, I helped create policies and hiring processes. This was important to make sure everyone understood the company’s goals and to avoid confusion as they expanded. Management used to pay salaries, benefits, and bonuses on time, which gave employees a lot of stability, and we never had to worry about that. One thing that really stood out to me was the special care shown to women in the company. One female manager was always mindful of making us feel valued, especially on occasions like Women’s Day, where we’d receive thoughtful gifts like roses or skincare products. Being part of planning these surprises made my experience even more meaningful. 😊

Cons

They were strict with employees who didn’t show up as agreed, sometimes deducting pay according to the contract. While it was fair and within the rules, I didn’t prefer that approach.

Pros

I worked at Biri Industries LLC in Ras Al Khaimah as a Foreman from 2020 to 2024. Overall, I had a good experience. The work was heavy and demanding, especially since we worked six days a week, but I enjoyed it and found satisfaction in the job.

Cons

One point that could be improved is the leave approval process. During busy project periods, my leave was delayed for about two months due to tight construction deadlines. Despite that, I was happy with my time at Biri Industries. Salaries were paid mostly on time, and before I traveled, I received my full final settlement without any issues.
