They have been lucky to find a few great people

A lot of the staff tend to have in office squabbles that make working almost an impossibility. Also, they tend to put jobs on you that are not/should not be your responsibility. The pay is extremely low and the general morale is very negative.. Everyone is really out only for themselves, no sense of teamwork, and very little to no communication between departments.

adequate training, well managed, flexible, clear vision, great benefits upon completing probation, working with great people and room to advance within the company make it ideal for ambitious individuals like myself.

Some days are long but satisfying after a job well done.
