They have been lucky to find a few great people

A lot of the staff tend to have in office squabbles that make working almost an impossibility. Also, they tend to put jobs on you that are not/should not be your responsibility. The pay is extremely low and the general morale is very negative.. Everyone is really out only for themselves, no sense of teamwork, and very little to no communication between departments.

Working independent, delivering milk to same sites (so no need in GPS), being done early for a day

Waking up too early 3 am, very low pay, chance to get cold being inside the truck box equipped with reefer.
