Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience at Birlasoft. Regarding your feedback on layoff, let me assure you that no employee has been laid-off owing to COVID 19. Birlasoft has an annual performance management cycle running from April to March. We use the exercise to provide developmental coaching to our employees throughout the year and help them track to their goals. While we don’t have prescriptive guidance regarding ratings, a natural fallout of the program is the identification of poor performers, who are unable to scale upto expectations and we help many of such employees to recalibrate their career options, which could include helping them exit and find newer roles befitting their skillsets and experiences. Regarding your feedback on employee harassment, this is not the culture that the organization promotes.
