Any information related to the HR policies is readily available on the intranet for all the employees to access. Regarding your feedback on management, Birlasoft consistently focuses on managerial and leadership development. We conduct 360-degree reviews, skip-level meetings, and HR one on one to identify areas of improvement and bring everyone on the same page.
