11yThank you for your feedback. We were aware that our vacation policy was somewhat confusing, and so for 2015 we changed our policy to a PTO Bank, and increased the number of days of PTO received by employees across the board.
Our core values include highest standards for our products and science-based product innovation, so yes, it is possible that we hold these values to the detriment of being competitive from time to time, but we feel that these values are immutable for our company, and will benefit us in the long run.
