Bishop is a fast-paced workplace. It has motivated salespeople that have the opportunity to earn good money (like myself!). The environment is wonderful, and the workday moves quickly, which I enjoy. If you are confident, competitive, and willing to put in the effort, there is strong earning potential for sure. Side note - I've gained valuable sales experience while improving my ability to communicate with clients. No notes.

Location and nothing else at all

You are just a filtration system for the mids and closers. You call 500-600 people a day and fear monger a crazy right wing pitch to scare old people into thinking their institutions are using their money for "wild left wing agendas" . Its a crap shoot and very few make money. Those that do are burnt out and look destroyed. You cannot talk about gold or you get yelled at. Super toxic leadership, 60 openers, 5-6 mids who get mad if you send them or not send them calls that dont work out, and 2-3 closers. Its a funnel system. They expect you to be there at 6 am and leave at 4 Mon - Friday and come in on Saturdays. For people to ask how we got their number.
