Pros
I loved my time with Bisig Impact Group. The work is hard and long, but from the zeal of Larry Bisig to the genius of Chip Dumstorf, to the organizational prowess of Pris Stuart, it's led by a great team. What's more, they attract and hire people with great dispositions. There wasn't a person on board who wasn't as talented as they were a joy to work with. Office location is among the best in the city. They provide parking in adjacent garages. Good benefits package. Not a micro-manager in the joint. If you want to succeed and work hard, you can do so without anyone looking over your shoulder every minute.
Cons
It's a small company, so don't expect some of the larger salaries or advancement opportunities you might find at the bigger firms.
