Pros

Bisnow is a lot younger and more entrepreneurial than its competitors.

Cons

There are some serious problems with the inner workings of this company. Tons of high school drama, turnover, and micro managing VPs who run this company like a dictatorship. Questionable decision making and they also treat you like a child. The story is that ever since the company got acquired they have lost all the top level people that made this company special. Its gone pretty much all downhill since then, and they decided to dilute the brand with too many stale events and overworking their employees with no support. There were even rumors of the CEO being fired.

Pros

Leadership here is genuinely supportive and actually cares about you beyond just your output. They regularly share tips and resources around time management and work-life balance. You're given the space to find your own way of doing things without feeling micromanaged, and leadership truly feels like they're here to support you, not criticize you. Hard work gets noticed and rewarded, which makes a real difference in how motivated you feel day to day. Everyone on the production team (and in my market at least) shares the same mindset and looks out for each other. It's a collaborative environment where people actually want to see you succeed. Like any fast-paced job, there are busy seasons and slower stretches, but if you're proactive and know how to manage your time well, you'll thrive here. Working ahead goes a long way.

Cons

The pace can be intense and priorities shift quickly, so you have to stay flexible and organized. Since you're given a lot of autonomy, self-motivation and accountability are a must, this isn't the place for someone who needs heavy structure or hand-holding. Communication moves fast and a lot can be happening at once, so staying on top of things is really on you.
