Pros

Free coffee and free bar on some thursdays

Cons

Its very chummy, as in the people that suck up to management got promoted. It's truly sad because there was such talent there but they couldn't stand the working conditions. I've worked in multiple agencies and never seen worst people in charge. The heads of design truly were winging it because they got promoted and the people under had to save the projects. The creative service lady was very fake and obviously hadn't worked in her position or agency beforehand as staff had horrendous experiences. They brutally got rid of staff and would force people to leave very unprofessionally. There were times where HR had to intervene and stop them from their actions, which I've never heard of before and shows how basic their knowledge is of running an agency. The work/life balance was also truly terrible. They would question if you left on time but promised it was fine to do so beforehand. Don't be fooled by the big clients on their portfolio like Adidas, Western union and Channel 4, they've done 1 or 2 projects in the very distant past for them and no repeat business.

Pros

- Could have been a great product - Cool team trying to lead the project - A lot of flexibility in actually making the job what you wanted it to be (but also little direction_

Cons

- Run by someone who didn't know about social media - Any attempts at creating something better were shut down based on preferences rather than market research.
