Pros

Pay salary on time and food is free

Cons

1. they always play blaming game with the work estimation. They never agree with the actual estimation and only will accept the delivery hours which literally not being possible. 2. So employee need to work more hours ( more than 14/15 hours ) to make the delivery which is being agreed by the managers. 3. No balance of life and work. No personal time, No weekend, only work and work, and put all your efforts and time for Bitmascot which will just being your life in hell. 4. Team managers will mostly being rude and misbehaved and Top management wants to do the same by managers. 5. they are very eager to deduct your salary for any reasone without any consideration. HR always tried to find out the scope to deduct your salary, even if you work in a month for 5 days extra but for 1 minute delay HR will deduct your 1 day salary. 6. nothing to say anymore, its just a worst company I have ever worked.

Pros

- Salaries are paid on time. - Occasional recognition if you are favored by management. - Full Work from home, but be ready for long meetings and weekend work without extra pay.

Cons

- Leadership is constantly micromanaging and verbally abusive. - There is no proper SDLC, documentation, or planning; processes are chaotic and inconsistent. - HR exists only in theory and fails to resolve conflicts or protect employees. - Expect constant interruptions and weekend work despite being remote. - Knowledge is hoarded by a few, leaving juniors and others in confusion. - Loyalty and recognition are based on favoritism, not actual skills or results. - BA employees get assigned QA tasks while QA employees get assigned BA tasks. If you fail, you get publicly shouted at. - Non-technical PMs are running projects, causing confusion and poor decision-making. - No training or onboarding for freshers; you are expected to join and start working immediately.
