      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere, separate small neat offices.

      Cons

      Working hours are not flexible, homeoffice not allowed, no proper software development process, no agile processes, management is reluctant to spend money on modern software and hardware, no clear career path, no incentive to self-development. Coffee is not free.

      Some of the co-workers were professionals

      Cons

      Everything - irregular payments in the beginning, too much overtime, intrigues between co-workers, incompetent management that has no idea whatsoever of that business.They thought that one TV show could be made with one person.
