Started working at this company about 1 year ago. At this time there was a new investor, and I saw the company double it's number of employees. At the beginning the company was sort of overwhelmed with the growth and there was no direction. In fact the labor turnover was quite high. However now it is more stable, and less employees are leaving the company. Although the stress remains, there are new opportunities and management has more time for their sub-ordinates
Cons
If it was a year ago, I would have written many things. But at the moment one major con is the salary increment; there are no milestones that secure an increment
