      Pros

      The friendly atmosphere help the right balance between jobs needs to be done and quality of life, Everyone is ready to help and there is no fight for career improve. the Managment is changing a lot in the last year and I think with the right People in the right's positions. The building position here in Malta is amazing.

      Cons

      It's a little bit annoying to change workplace every 3month and space is never enough, but they are building new offices just on the other side of the street, so I guess in winter we will have one of the best offices in Malta. The Lack on Flexible hours for a software company is an incredible missing, but they are working on that (slowly)

      Pros

      While the company is growing, it learns and constantly improves itself. It gives the same opportunities to its employees, and you see that the ones that take initiative are flourishing - loads of career opportunities and chances to grow.

      Cons

      The growing pains are clearly noticeable, resulting in communication issues and tasks that can be done way more efficiently if it was given some more thought, instead of rushing it through - but I've seen improvements all over the board throughout my time here.
