Any cons I see are common at any scaling company- very fast moving (not necessarily a con), frequently shifting priorities and other standard growing pains. I continue to witness gaps between our Hong Kong and San Francisco offices, but have seen leadership take significant steps to bridge those gaps and look forward to continued work on this in the future
