Pros
Technical industry leader in its niche markets. Still some room for growth, although already started implementing pre-mature processes of matured companies. There are pockets of good people and good leaders. Broad coverage of global markets including broadcast, media and content providers. Nice kickoff meetings in Austria, and it's known for the extravagant parties at trade shows. People do seem to be collaborative, more so in some of the other companies.
Cons
High employees turnover rate specially on sales and technical fields. Leadership is in denial and justifies it. Seems like the VPs are running the company. For the size of the company there is too much hierarchy. I see innovation being stifled because of product and engineering taking more than they can swallow. It seems like everybody is overworked, and poor quality of work life balance is the new accepted standard. Company's surveys seem like a fake effort.
