      Pros

      Used to be people first company many years ago. Now they are people last. Brought on a new CEO because they are doing whatever they need to do to get to a financial exit.

      Cons

      RTO 3 days a week if you’re within 30 miles straight line radius from the office. Health insurance has gotten more expensive and coverage has gotten worse. Leadership is extremely disorganized and obsessed with AI. They refuse to prioritize so everyone is overwhelmed and overworked. Morale is so low with layoffs every 6 months and no promotions. Culture full of finger pointers trying to place the blame on anyone but themselves. Stay away!

      Pros

      - Lots of opportunities for cross-functional work/working with senior-level SMEs - EOY Bonus (usually) - Great benefits (Flexible PTO policy/stipends)

      Cons

      - Exec suite does not care about you! - Pay is not competitive; was paid significantly less relative to market for experience (didn't realize this until too late, mgmt wouldn't adjust salary either) - No cost-of-living raises over the 2 years I worked there (No raise at all, ever, actually! And no support to be promoted from within) - Layoffs occur twice a year, and everyone is replaceable
