Pros

ALL those 1 star reviews are true, that 3 stars review is bought. - cool co-workers and HR assistant(NOT THAT SENIOR HR LADY) - pool table

Cons

Writting this is wasting my time but.... - CLOCK IN/OUT for 9 hours - Hire off shore teams to compose all the projects, codes are broken and no README or docs. - CTO and PM hide behind the curtains, they lack of technical knowledge or even don't have any - Expect and treat you as a mule - THEY CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH except for telling you "EASY MAN, JUST FIX IT", zero communications - Dunkin' Donuts for catering lunch, and ther was one time they got 2 pizzas for 12 ppl on someone's lastday - Disrespect and threat employees if they think you are not working - HR lady edits the handbook Unbridledly. You want it? I edit - if you desperate to take risks, take the paycheck and start applying new job on your first day - if you are in deed of a OPT or H1B better run away asap.

Pros

I’ve seen some older negative reviews here, mainly reflecting the company’s early exploration stage. During the initial years, Bitus Labs was defining its business direction and product strategy, which led to a few project restructurings and policy adjustments that hadn’t yet aligned with local practices. However, things have improved dramatically since the full company reorganization in 2023–2024. The structure is clear, leadership is stable, and benefits and work flexibility have been upgraded. Today, Bitus Labs offers a supportive and innovative environment with great teamwork between the US and Taiwan offices. Employees are trusted with ownership, and there’s strong encouragement for personal growth and creative ideas.

Cons

As the company continues to grow fast, priorities can still shift quickly. Adaptability and proactive communication are key to thriving here.
