Great management and team environment

Wearing too many hats within the company sometimes

The one plus that Biztech has had over the years is the coworkers. Most are quick to jump In and assist if you run into issues. They do offer flex from working from home for some people.

Pay does not match up to industry standards. Company will never take the initiative to provide raises - cost of living jumps are not raises. Extremely fast paced environment. Could be working on up to 16 tickets in a day. They are meticulous about documentation and ticket notes. Can be written up for the 'dumbest' things. High attrition on the IT team. Burn-out is real and most individuals cannot handle it.
