The work culture is encouraging, and even as a fresher, you are made to feel valued and heard. A special mention to Pranoti, who is honestly one of the best managers I’ve ever worked with. Supportive, approachable, and always ready to guide whenever needed. Working under her made even challenging days feel manageable. The management team, especially Parija Ma’am and Ashish Sir, deserves immense appreciation. The level of support and trust they give employees sometimes genuinely makes you wonder, “Does this kind of management actually exist?” Their encouragement and understanding create an environment where people can grow confidently.
