The team at Bizcover are all very welcoming and helpful, who make you feel part of the team as soon as you start.
They have a structured onboarding program to set you up for success. This has included meetings with senior management who all seem to truly care that you are happy and are open to hearing any feedback you may have.
There is a flexible working structure and you are able to work from home for most of the week. There are certain days when all the staff is in the office, which I like as it helps with team bonding.
Whilst there are targets and monthly reports I have never felt like I am being monitored or watched over. I feel very autonomous in my role but that there is help available if needed.
Overall I am very happy to have joined the business.
Cons
I really enjoy working here. I love my team and like the work. I would 100% recommend it as a place to work to a friend, no con's from me.

Thank you very much for this positive feedback. It is good to hear that you enjoy working with us and that we are providing you with a work environment in which you can thrive professionally.
Work flexibility is not just another bullet point in their job descriptions. They follow it in spirit. Plenty of options (except the non-negotiable in-person days) as long as your manager approves them. It's been a long time for me here now - far beyond the initial honeymoon period - and I still genuinely like the culture and people.
Cons
Used to be two days per week in-person; changing to three days soon - not a fan of that part at all. Also, project priorities keep changing frequently with strict (but seemingly arbitrary) timelines. You're good though, if you can keep up with that.
