-Micromanagement at times
-CEO changes every few years, although can be good, always a German from Lufthansa
-Owned by Lufthansa, and they want us to run the same as they do with less people
-Not treated the same as Lufthansa employees
-Not same benefits as Lufthansa employees, like flight benefits
-CFO changes every few years and we haven't had one in a few years since they can't travel from Germany yet, always a German from Lufthansa
-Redundant work
-Lacking infrastructure although Lufthansa has all kinds of programs we can't use them
