Pros
Laid back atmosphere, casual with high expectations. Our customer base is growing fast so there's a lot of work to be done, but management does a good job of making it a fun environment. You have to be sharp to work here and keep up. Not sure what the negative comment was about, I feel quite a bit differently. I have seen a few folks not make the cut who didn't stick around. I thought the company was pretty generous in how they handled those from what I heard.
Cons
It's a cubicle environment and I personally like the open space feel, but some of the more technical guys like to wear headphones from the noise. We just moved to a larger space so it's a lot better. It's a high tech fast moving place, which I love. But if you like something heavily structured,, it's probably not the place for you.
